What stays free?
The categories page for both category sets, your totals per term and cumulative with your own targets, CSV export, and export and import of your records, forever. The free log holds 2 terms with 1 supervisor in the September 2026 psychology categories. No account is needed and nothing you log leaves your browser.
What does Premium add?
Unlimited terms, more than one supervisor, the second category set for speech language pathology graduate clock hours, and the printable summary for your training director.
Are the totals different in Premium?
No. Every total is added up by the same engine from the same categories for everyone. Premium lifts the size of the log and adds conveniences; it changes no figure.
How is my access stored?
Purchases are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe. An anonymous purchase id is kept in this browser so Practicum Ledger recognises your Premium on this device. Your practicum log itself is never sent to them or to us. Keep your receipt email for recovery.
I already bought Premium on another browser or device, how do I get it here?
Open the restore page and paste the access code shown on this Premium page, or the one from your receipt. Premium moves to this browser instantly. Move your log with a backup file from the log page.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Yes. The weekly and yearly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email; lifetime is a one time payment. Refunds are covered by the Refunds section of the terms of use, which is the one place the refund window is stated.
Lost your access code?
Your code is shown on this page whenever you have Premium here, and it is in your purchase receipt email. If you cannot find it, reply to your receipt email from the address you paid with and access can be recovered from there.
